Living in the area for many years, we have experienced the magic and inspiration that only Baja can provide. With our own experiences and truly listening to others, we know that this is a perfect place to be the best version of yourself.
We are passionate about bringing together the local community with professionals in the area, and our time here have found many quality providers available to help in our mission of improving lives through self-care and wellness services.
With the increasing number of visitors to the area, as well as the amount of people making the Baja their home, we were inspired to create Better Me Baja – a resource to find any professional service for health, beauty and wellness needs to make you, a better you.

Baja is an enchanting place, inspiring all who experience the culture and natural wonders of the area to become a better version of themselves. It is our mission to connect users with the expertise of our providers, to help you find a more balanced state of wellbeing.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide a quality, English language web-based directory with access to care from local providers in the area using our 5 dimensions of wellness, with an emphasis on providing treatment options for the entire body, mind, and soul for humans as well as their furry companions.

Founder & Developer
Tammy is the inspiration behind Better Me Baja. She has a way of making people feel at ease and genuinely cares about their well-being. Tammy has been a resident of the Baja area for numerous years and is still, every day, captivated by the inspiring nature that only “The Baja” can provide. She is passionate about making herself, and those around her, more balanced, caring, happy and healthy people. In her quest for self-care for all, she has experienced a variety of providers that the Baja area has to offer, most of which she found through others, not internet resources, inspiring her to create Better Me Baja, to make resources more readily available to all.
Rhonda A.
Rhonda made Baja her home after her, her husband, and their dog “Rex” fell in love with the area, like so many others have done before. She is inspired by Baja, and all that it has to offer, and she is passionate about helping people follow their dreams. She is our face-to-face contact with not only our providers, but users of the Better Me Baja Health, Wellness and Beauty Directory. Her background in education and the hospitality industry, and her gift of building rapport and relationships, makes her the perfect person to help our providers and our users follow the spark of inspiration that Baja ignites.
