We love exercise, but not a gym! We wanted a more fun and creative way for women to work out and feel beautiful at the same time. It is our mission to help all women improve their physical health in the 5 disciplines: Flexibility, Cardiovascular, Immune System, Muscular System, and Coordination. We offer hour-long classes in our women only gym to learn and practice skills in all forms of Aerial fitness which include Aerial Silks, Lyra Aerial Hoops, Aerial Bungee, Pole Fitness and Pole Dancing. We also have Jump Fit, PoundFit, and Kangoo Power, in small group and private classes. Remember, fitness should be fun and make you feel beautiful so “Come Fly with Us”!
